When I began my coaching program with Sara I was struggling with irregularity, bloating, and constipation. With the support of her health coaching I began to have more regular bowel movements, became less bloated, lost weight, and my energy increased. Having someone in my corner to encourage and advise me when I plateaued and felt like I wasn’t progressing really cheered me on. Sara gave me new ideas on how to approach food and nutrition with fun, easy, and healthy recipes.
